At ZOmAAh, we are dedicated to bringing high-quality educational toys to families worldwide. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible through our global fulfillment partners.

1. Shipping Locations We currently ship to the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and other select international locations.

2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Estimates To provide you with the best value, we ship directly from our global warehouses. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days.

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days.

  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.): 10–20 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 12–25 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs processing or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over £50 (or equivalent in your local currency).

  • For orders under £50, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes ZOmAAh is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a Tracking Number. You can monitor your shipment’s journey directly through our website.

7. Multiple Shipments To ensure the fastest delivery, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you specified combined shipping.
