2. How long does shipping take? Because we ship directly from our global suppliers to ensure lower costs for you, shipping times may vary:

  • USA, UK, & Canada: Typically 7–15 business days.

  • GCC & Arab Countries: Typically 10–20 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to quality-check and package your order before dispatch.

3. Is shipping free? Yes! We are happy to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over £50 (or equivalent in your local currency). For orders under £50, a small flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

4. Why did I receive my items in separate packages? If you ordered multiple items, they might come from different specialized fulfillment centers. To get your toys to you as quickly as possible, we ship them as soon as they are ready, which means they may arrive in separate boxes at slightly different times.
