Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zomaa Ltd (ZOmAAh), we want you and your little ones to be 100% happy with your purchase. Since we work with global fulfillment partners to bring you the best educational toys, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and smooth process for everyone.

1. Return Period We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return To start a return, you must contact us first at zomaah303@gmail.com.

Important Notice:

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label.

  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with specific instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee) Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos or a short video of the defect in your email to zomaah303@gmail.com.

  • As we use Zendrop for fulfillment, this evidence is required to process a free replacement or a refund for you.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, ZOmAAh will cover the cost of the resolution (replacement or refund).

  • If you are returning an item due to a "change of mind," you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to our designated return address.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
