At Zomaa Ltd, we want you and your little ones to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Period You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process To start a return, please contact us at support@zomaah.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (the address on the package).
Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with specific instructions and the correct return address. Our support team will handle your request within 48 hours.
4. Damaged or Defective Items If the item arrives damaged or defective, please send us an email at support@zomaah.com with a photo or video of the issue. In most cases, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund without requiring you to return the damaged item.
5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), ZOmAAh will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item due to a "change of mind," you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
